She was winner of the Governor's Pride in Arizona Award for Pollution Prevention, and Tucson's Copper Letter for her extraordinary efforts to improve the Tucson community through clean alternative fuels.

All these questions are answered in a light, informative seminar. The newest technology available and what to expect in the solar industry in the future will be discussed. A presentation of Tips and Tricks on making your space more energy efficient BEFORE you invest in solar is included.  The seminar is conducted by Bob Dame.  Bob has been in the technology industry for over 40 years.  He began his career as Information Services Director for a large pulp mill in Western Montana. When the IBM Personal Computer was introduced in 1981, he spent the next 18 years introducing PCs to home, business and institutional users throughout the Northwest.  Ten years ago, Bob came to Arizona where he has been Business Manager for Southwest Energy Solutions (SES), a sister company of Tucson Electric Power.  Bob recently took over the development of a new business unit, SES Green. SES Green specializes in energy efficient solutions such as solar, lighting, thermography, sub-metering, and energy protection devices.

This includes waste water purification systems (treatment plant on board the ship) which purify the water and turn waste into fuel.
