Mrs. Green Partners with The Art Institute of Tucson
The Image Manipulation class of Eleonor Leon, Instructor at The Art Institute of Tucson, and Mrs. Green collaborated to create a T-shirt design for Mrs. Green Goes Mainstream promotional giveaways. The project was submitted as a class assignment, with one final design to be selected by Mrs. Green and a team of professionals. Students were asked to conceptualize a "living green" theme. When the assignment was completed, Mrs. Green, along with Markus Beaumonte, Marketing Director, Chapman Automotive Tucson, and Travis Carson, Market Advantage Technologies, Inc., were invited to the classroom for a presentation of the students' work. "I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the presentations and sensitivity displayed by the students in depicting 'green' awareness," said Mrs. Green. With so many amazing designs it was difficult to choose, but Lauren Lynn's submission caught the team's eye and was the final piece selected for reproduction.
